scatter dolphins or spend more than 15 minutes with them. Vessel
design is not optimised, and a naturalist is not always on board.

The approach distance is sometimes closer than 100 m with a boat
where risk of injury to whales and dolphins is not minimised by
vessel design. Swimming with dolphins is allowed. Espaço Talassa
observes an individual code of conduct as well as the Azores Whale
Watch Regulations.
