This organisation uses a sailboat to minimize risk of injury. They do, however, frequently approach closer than permitted by the guidelines and spend more than 15 minutes with the animals. Occasionally, swimming with both dolphins and whales is attempted. All of this is allowed by local regulations for the sanctuary in which they operate. They do cooperate with scientific organizations to protect the sea and the animals living within.
