Often this operator spends more than 15 minutes with the animals, and approaches closer than permitted by guidelines, not reducing spped or avoiding sudden changes in speed. Sometimes the angle of approaching differs from the one demanded. Vessel design is not optimised.

The production of potentially disturbing sounds and risk of injury by propellers is not minimised. A naturalist is only sometimes on board, whereas vocal and written information is provided to tourists most of the time. This is primarily a seal safari, but sometimes porpoises are being watched.

When more than one boat is present, this operator does not always keep a distance of 200m. They offer both swimming/ snorkeling with dolphins and killer whales. Sometimes more than 15 minutes are spent with the animals.

The boat complies with the latest security regulations. The captain approaches the sperm whales always towards their back or their sides and never towards his head. The crew onboard speaks the following languages: Spanish, French, Dutch, English, German, and Norwegian. The whale safari works close with the IFAW and leads many research teams towards the whales.
